Delete Freightdog account

If you want to delete your Freightdog account and all associated data, please follow the instructions below.

Your data deletion request will be processed within 30 days.

Step 1: Send an email to help@freightdog.com with the subject 'Request for account deletion'.
Step 2: In the email, include your full name and the email address linked to your Freightdog account. This helps us to confirm your identity and ensures that no one else can delete your account.
Step 3: Clearly state in the email that you want your account and all linked data to be permanently deleted. A simple sentence like "I hereby request my Freightdog account and all associated data to be permanently deleted" is sufficient.

What happens after your request?

After receiving your request, we will:Verify your identity to ensure the security of your data.
Locate your account information and prepare for its deletion.
Confirm once your account and data are completely removed from our systems and the Freightdog app.
